Garlic Soup Recipe


Garlic Soup Ingredients
* 10 garlic cloves, peeled and diced
* 4 1/2 cups of beef broth
* 1 can (12 oz) of beer
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil
* 1/2 cup celery, diced
* Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat the cooking oil and cook the celery, stirring frequently, until temder. About 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic and cook until it turns golden. Set aside.
3. Heat the beef broth and beer. When the broth reaches the boiling point, add the garlic and celery.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste; simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Strain out the garlic and celery and serve hot.
