Lemon Garlic Salmon Ingredients

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 teaspoons of garlic, minced
1 teaspoons of dry lemon pepper seasoning
2 six-ounce salmon fillets
juice of one lemon

Directions
1. Season the fillets of salmon on both sides with the lemon pepper and set aside.
2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Stir in the minced garlic.
4. Add the salmon fillets and cook until the salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Turn the fillets midway through cooking to brown both sides.
5. Remove salmon to a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Serve hot.
