Garlic Pepper Sauce Ingredients
* 4 cloves of garlic, minced.
* 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
* 2 teaspoon of red pepper, crushed.
* 1 tablespoon white vinegar
* 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
Directions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
2. Saute the garlic and pepper in the olive oil and vinegar until the garlic is a light, golden brown. Do not over cook.
Toss with parsley and use as a topping for steak, pork chops or chicken.
