Garlic Salad Dressing Recipe
Note: This dressing is not for delicate palates; it is intended to be very sharp and distinctive flavored. The lime, dill and vinegar should jump out at you.
Ingredients
* 1 cup mayonnaise* 1/2 cup ranch dressing
* 1/3 cup white vinegar
* 6 garlic cloves, minced fine
* juice of one lime
* 2 teaspoons dill weed
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.2. Taste and adjust ingredients to your taste.
Makes about 2 cups
Use liberally on Caesar salad.
