Garlic French Fries Recipe


Ingredients
* 2 lbs russet potatoes
* peanut oil or canola oil (amount needed to completely cover potatoes)
* 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon dill weed
* 1 teaspoon sage
Directions
1. Combine garlic, salt, pepper, dill weed and sage and mix well. Set aside.
2. Peel potatoes and cut into strips the length of the potato and 1/2 inch wide.
3. Heat peanut (or conola) oil to 360 degrees F.
4. Fry potatoes until golden brown.
5. Remove potatoes to paper towels. Coat potatoes with garlic mix made in step 1 above.
Serve hot.
