Garlic Cheese Biscuits Recipe


Ingredients
* 2 cups buttermilk baking mix (like Buisquick)
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Combine 2 cups baking mix, 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
4. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well.
5. Brush butter/garlic mix liberally over warm biscuits.
Serve hot. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
