Garlic Barbecue Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
* 3 1/2 pounds pork spareribsMARINADE:
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1/2 tablespoon liquid smoke
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 2 tablespoon soy sauce
* 4 cloves garlic, crushed
SAUCE:
1/4 cup honey desolved in 1/4 cup hot water
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and mix well.2. Place the spareribs in a shollow dish and cover with the marinate.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn occasionally to make sure the meat is completely coated.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Line a cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Place an oven rack on the cookie sheet and place the ribs on the rack.
6. Roast the pork for 30 minutes. Brush both sides of the ribs with the honey/water mix.
7. Roast other side of ribs for another 30 minutes.
8. Turn on broiler and broil for 2-3 minutes until ribs turn dark brown. WATCH ribs during this step and remove as soon as ribs begin to color.
